As an Elks scholar, we know you're dedicated to service, and the Elks are, too! Check out this page to see ways that you can connect with an Elks Lodge and for Legacy Scholars, fulfill your service requirement.

Find a Lodge

Use the Lodge Locator to find a lodge near you and reach out to the Lodge secretary.

Collaborate with a lodge near your university, it doesn’t just have to be your sponsoring lodge!

Find a Need

Volunteer with one of your Lodge's service projects.

Rebound at a Hoop Shoot contest

Look at a Lodge’s Facebook page for regularly scheduled fundraising meals and events.

Just ask! Lodges and Elks are eager to work with scholars.

Report Legacy Service

All Legacy Awards recipients must submit a Scholar Service Form at least three times during their collegiate career, one per year, after their first year to receive their scholarship funds.

Service must be submit to access your Verification of Enrollment form.

Verification of Enrollment forms are accepted through March 31 each year.

Legacy Service Requirement

Scholars are required to volunteer with an Elks Lodge at least once every year after their first year of college for a total of three instances of service throughout their undergraduate career.

There is no time requirement, we just ask that you serve with a Lodge or Elks members in a meaningful way.

You can serve with any Elks Lodge across the nation, it does not have to be your sponsoring lodge.
